Men's retreat COMING!
A men’s retreat is being planned for the weekend of September 13-15 at Luther Glen Retreat Center in Oak Glen. This is a wonderful facility that we have used before. The cost for this is $275 which includes 2 nights and 5 meals. Bedding and towels are provided for our stay. Retreat starts with dinner on Friday and concludes with Worship on Sunday morning. Theme and program being planned. Plenty of time for fellowship. Should you only be able to join us for the day Saturday, cost is $146 for the full day and 3 meals. SUNDAY Morning & Afternoon:
Making "Community Connections" through Prayer: We are taking a break until further notice. This group normally meets 7:30-7:55AM every Sunday in the Conference Room. When we begin to meet again, you are invited to drop in any Sunday and pray silently or from a prayer guide. God is powerful and mighty. He asks that we come to Him with our requests. FYI all who worship and all who serve in worship service are prayed for as well. - Pre-service Prayer Group
MONDAY Evening:
Men’s Bible Study Fellowship: This study is currently on a summer hiatus. We will resume in the fall, date TBA. You can learn more at the BSF website: http://www.bsfinternational.org/. For me, this was a life changing study; in fact, the BSF bible study impacted my Christian walk more than other Christian endeavor. Men's Morning Bible Study: We meet on Thursdays from 7:30-8:30AM in the Parish Lounge. This study will continue to meet during the Summer. Women’s Thursday Morning Study: This study is currently on a summer hiatus. We will resume in the fall, date TBA. The Women's Thursday Morning Bible Study normally meets on Thursdays at 9:30-11:00AM in the Parish Lounge, and you are invited to attend.
